ITF junior tour
Pro-One Tennis Academy is travelling to selected ITF Junior tournaments .
Hotshots is a program for beginner to intermediate level students. Students are taught the basics or tennis and can progress at their own speed moving from the launch pad throught the stages of red, yellow, and green. Programs are designed for children aged 3- 15 years. The hotshots Program uses modified balls for the different stages of development and is a fun, energic program with plenty of action.
