It is a condition of use of Pro-One Tennis
Academy's "Runaway Bay Tennis Centre" or land,
facilities, cars, property, and all its other training
facilities that Pro-One Tennis Academy, its owners and
subsidiary companies, are absolved from all liability
and negligence from injury or death, howsoever sustained
to any person and are also absolved from any damage
or loss however sustained to any person's property that
arises before, during or after this event due to any
negligent act, breach of duty, default and/or omission
on the part of the Pro-One Tennis Academy, its owners,
directors, servants or agents. Any individual or group
that uses Pro-One Tennis Academy's "Runaway Bay
Tennis Centre", land, cars, facilities, property
and all it's other training facilities do so only on
the distinct understanding that they do so at their
own risk.
Any individual that uses any Pro-One Academy Sport
and Recreation facility must abide by all rules as
indicated relating to their use.
In signing the enrolment form and or entering the
facilities and cars/ buses the user agrees and accepts
all of the condition as outlined above.
It is the responsibility of the guardian to collect
their child(ren) on time and from inside the centre
at the completion time of all activities. Pro-One
employees or tennis professionals cannot accept responsibility
for your child after this time.
No coach or employee will put themselves in a position
where they will be left alone with a child or be forced
to drop them home alone.
