Descriptions:
Squad session:
Are
specially designed programmes to bring out the best of every player
focusing on the 4 major components of tennis: mentally, physically,
tactically, and technically. Methods include: video analyse, live ball
drilling, basket work, point play and match play.
Match Play:
Supervised match play sessions where players get to play sets and
matches to help put what they have learnt into their matches.
Fitness:
Tennis specific workouts for optimum strength, speed and anaerobic
threshold conducted in either the gym or the track and field.
Recovery Spa:
A
relaxing 20 minute spa is the best way to end a tough day of training to
help the muscles recover from the days work.
Tournament
Supervision:
Players are
supervised at all major state open, junior, ITF junior, ITF women and
ITF men’s events and tournament travel and accommodation can be arranged
through us.

Athletics. IAAF Certified 8 Lane 400m Mondo Athletic Track (110m
straight), photo finish facility, stadium seating for 6,000. High Jump,
Pole Vault, separate Long and Triple Jumps (all Mondo run ups), separate
Throwing Field – Discuss, Javelin, Shot Put and Hammer.

Swimming. 50m – 8 lane Mythra stainless steel outdoor heated pool, 20m
indoor heated recovery/training pool.

Sports. Synthetic Grass Sports Field 94m x 65m and Natural Turf Field.

Gymnasium. 600 square meters of Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Pin
Loaded Resistance Training Equipment.

Medicine Clinic. The area includes, Hyperbaric Chamber, Sports Massage
Therapists, Podiatrist, Physiotherapists, Sports Psychologists, Sports
Doctor, Dieticians and a Nurse.

Volleyball. Two (2) Olympic Standard Beach Volleyball Courts with
covered spectator stands.

Spa. Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Spa, Saunas and
Relaxation Garden.

rooms. Two (2) 105 square meter modern change rooms including locker
facilities, showers, toilets, hairdryers and saunas.
